Nestled in a scenic mountain area, near the stunning Alsace wine region, this hotel boasts splendid views and is located in a historic and charming region of France. the hotel has a luxurious and cozy ambiance, with clean and comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms and balconies. the staff is polite, accommodating, and attentive, and the breakfast is satisfying and mouth-watering. the hotel features an inviting indoor and outdoor pool, creating an overall relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The hotel lacks the necessary finesse and attention to detail that you would expect from a five-star establishment.

The hotel had professional and kind staff, and we enjoyed a lovely tray of Earl grey tea in our room every afternoon. It was also located in a beautiful area of France, close to few very good restaurants.
Nothing to mention.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains near the Alsace wine region. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the lovely area of France and dine in some very good restaurants. The service here was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and airport shuttle services available. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The hotel amenities were superb, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a relaxing jacuzzi. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views.
Highly recommended for families seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel's decoration is simply delightful, with a charming rustic alpine vibe. The common areas are cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb, making it convenient for me to get around.
I would have appreciated more attentive service from the staff. The children working there seemed a bit distracted and not as attentive to the needs of the guests.

The hotel location is perfect for those seeking a romantic escape: surrounded by the mountains, charming decor and a cozy fireplace in the lobby create a warm atmosphere. the restaurant offers an enchanting culinary experience: exotic dishes, exquisite wines, and a talented chef. the hotel also has an indoor pool and a sauna for a relaxing break.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and often unavailable in some areas. the breakfast was expensive and, unfortunately, lacked variety and quality, as some dishes took too long to arrive and were undercooked.

Stayed at a charming hotel in the French mountains. Ate delicious French cuisine and enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful with good recommendations for local attractions. The location was great as we were within a short drive of beautiful scenery and had easy access to nearby towns. The room had a nice balcony with scenic views and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was flavorful with fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs made to order.
The room lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge and the bathroom was not up to standard. The parking on-site was difficult to access and there were only a few spaces available.
